I would NEVER leave a car (especially a black one) in the sun for a couple of hours with wax on it. Baked on wax is difficult to remove and not reccomeneded by any detailer Ive spoken too. Perhaps there are products I have not used that work well with this procedure but the old carnauba paste wax is definitely not compatible with the bake method. Not trying to argue with you, but what wax do you use? Every wax Ive ever used says to apply to cool surface and away from direct sunlight.
