Well, water can be anything that is wet and will pour.
High hardness, sulfer, iron and alkalinity are not be ignored and you don't know that they do. Then there is the clorine and other crap.
I will used distilled water. A good antifreeze is buffered to manage metals found in the engine. I don't think that clorine, calcium and magnesium added with the water are an essential part of the chemistry. I guess if your engine has some components made of limestone then such thinking might be valid.
