Have you taken good care of the car? I suspect that you have. The key with the V6 seems to be regular maintenance. One problem with getting rid of it is the low resale value on NG 900s, esp. the V6.
It sounds like piece of mind is bothering you. It's not bothering me so much because I have a 1994 900 S V6 with 136,000mi; it would not sell for much. I can continue to drive it and do better than I would if I sold it. But if I get a major repair (over $1500-$2000) I will probably let the car go. However, if you wait for something like this, you'll pretty much have to give the car away. In my case, I don't think I could sell my car for more than $2500.
So that's my advice: determine some cutoff point now where you don't want to put any more money into the car, then decide if you can get more value out of driving it than you can out of selling it.
