I think both Derek and aizzo offered solid advice, and as a '95 900SEC V6 owner with 103,000 miles I would offer much the same.
From an economic perspective the car isn't worth much at all at this point, even with the relatively low miles, so why not keep it maintained and get some value out of it? I would propose a cost/benefit regarding the $3500 or so you'd get vs. what you could replace it with.
If it's been maintained well chances are you could get a few solid years out of it, which is a pretty good deal considering. If a big repair bill presents itself, then it's time to pull the plug.
I parked mine last year and bought a new Camry (I know, I know) to commute with. I can't bring myself to sell the SAAB for the $3-4K I might get for it, and it's great to have around for fun and a third car. I've had my share of problems with the car, but the engine runs smooth and strong and burns no oil (after oil changes every 3K and all proper maintenance). I plan on keeping it around until the doors fall off.
Good luck with your decision.
