Thanks for your help Bret...you definitely seem to be a godsend on this board for the detail-challenged such as myself!
If you can spare another moment for a follow-up: You mention Klasse AIO won't really remove scratches/swirls/oxidation, so would it be best to have a professional remove the oxidation or is there some sort of mild polish or something I can use before the Klasse that will do this? My car is silver and no swirl marks that I've noticed; just a few very light scratches here and there and I have to assume oxidation as well.
Also, I don't have any polishing tools (which is why the AIO sounded quick & easy) but I did notice a buffer-type thing today that you just insert into an electric drill. Are these things a bad idea? Would they be a way to remove oxidation or apply the Klasse?
