...is Pandora's Box?
Anyway, it's a fact that anyone can take statistics and make them work in their favor. You could probably make a case using statistics and figures to prove the UV light is good for people in large, extended doses. So to those people who are arguing over whether or not the figures are correct or accurate is a waste of time. Regardless of my personal dislike for SUV's (as previsouly stated on this board) I have learned to accept that people have a right to buy an SUV if they want. There's is really nothing I can do about it except be happy with my car and never, ever buy an SUV. I really don't see a need to have one for my personal use since I walk to work daily and on the rare occasion that I need to haul something I rent a pick-up for $19.99/day from Uhaul or Home Depot. That's a lot cheaper than a $300-500/month SUV payment.
Also, there is enough of an argument for and against SUV's to write a doctoral dissertation. It's futile to try to argue a point for that reason let alone the fact the no one here is going to convince the other to change his/her mind.
In the meantime everyone can try to drive safe and for us saab turbo drivers, always be prepared to use your turbo to avoid the SUV's :)
