I think there are 4 of these types of drugs on the market in the US. Cimetidine, ranitidine (the 2 first H2 receptor antigonists developed), famotidine and nizatidine (newer drugs). Cimetidine is the one that has the most gyneacomastia cases, but they are reversible when therapy is stopped. It has been reported with ranitidine and famotidine too, but in smaller numbers. As for the drug metabolism inhibition, cimetidine also has the largest effect and ranitidin has less. Famotidine and nizatidine don't have it at all.
