These are the 3 factors in assessing "good driving".
Lack any one of these where the other 2 are sound and there
is somthing missing.
On the skillside, smoothness is something to strive for,
as I learned on the race course with Porsche's chief
performance driving instructor. While I expected some tossing
from a few turns around a track with a pro, what I got was
smoothness. The driver told me Jackie Stewart once put a ball
on a plate in his race car and drove a course w/o losing the
ball just to prove the point. A young motorcycle driver was
on a news feature just last night on TV saying the same thing.
Smoothness is everything in skiiled use of motor vehicle.
