car shipments always a problem for me

I've been involved in 4 car shipments over the years. 3 of them were trying to ship cars that I own and 1 of them was watching a Saab European delivery car come to the US. These involved different companies each time.
None of them offer guaranteed delivery times or tracking. I presume that that level of services costs a bunch more. (business plan, anyone? want to start a new business?) Furthermore, car companies may not look at it as a $30,000 car. They may look at it as a $23k car (which is how much I paid for my 9-3 European delivery car) which is less than quite a few minivans and overlaps in price with a Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. So to them, you may be driving "just an ordinary car with a weird model name".
