Most of the items that you have listed are relatively easy to repair.
- antenna needs a new mast, since the plastic led on the old mast has probably broken.
- sunroof switch needs to have its contact cleaned
- if the cd player is an in-dash unit, give Wasyl at SaabRadio (see ad in the classified parts section of this site. He does fine work and specializes in Saab radio equipment.
We have a 1994 9000CSE and it has been a great car for the past two years that we have owned it - it gets 28-30 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg in local around town driving. If your car has the automatic transmission, it would be a good idea to have the trans fluid changed and the trans filter cleaned (9000 BB search mode will have answers to all your questions re this).
