It could be worse,if you bought new you'be worrying about making the payments. Everything you've described sounds pretty minor and the 9000 board can talk you through them. One thing about Saabs is they have an uncanny ability to keep going even with a lot of things wrong. My son bought one with 120,000 miles that was leaking a quart of transmission fluid (from damage in an accident) a week. He simply put a quart in every week and drove it like that for 90,000 miles, sold the car and never did fix it. Your's sounds like a nice one if that's all that's wrong. Drive it sanely, take good care of it and it'll do another 100K with ease. Relax and enjoy, you'll feel much better in a week or two when you get to know your car.
