You seem to think credit card fraud is rampant. I disagree. I have never lost money due to credit card fraud. I don't think my bank has either. Although there have been attempts. It may cost the bank more work in areas related to security. But that goes with the territory and the world we are in. My last experience someone stole my credit card info to buy airline ticket in Spain. It was thwarted. But how in the world do you think it will succeed? The passenger need to have ID's and a name. The paper ticket need an address to be delivered. An e-ticket needs an established email account with proper ID and name too.
Tell me how you can take a plane ride paying with it using someone else's credit card and expect to get away with it.
