Maybe. That makes it no less true for Saab. It also makes it no less acceptable. Every defect that goes unfixed on trip one requires another trip. Every time the dealer fiddles the chances of a new problem or damage go up. Cars that have less defects by even a small margin can appear much better to consumers because some consumers never end up at the dealer in the first place.
