Bought mine about 6 years ago at a local BBQ specialty retailer - back then Weber made them in the US. Almost every time I go back for a propane refill or some BBQ-related item, someone comes in with a busted regulator from one of those cheap big box store grills. Same story every time: can't replace any of the parts as the stuff was made poorly with the cheapest materials possible.
I like the Weber (I don't remember what model it is, one of Weber's silly, "impressive"-sounding names...just 2 burners...) because it's easy to clean out, parts are easy to get, and epecially after 6 years of moderate use, nothing yet needs to be fixed. Cost abot $300 new.
