Years ago, I rented a large blower from Home Depot to blow some cellulose insulation into the walls of one bedroom that obviously had none - it was much colder than the other rooms. The blower came with a 2.5" - 3" hose so I used a hole saw to cut appropriately sized holes in the wall. When the first cavity filled up, the hose blew itself out of the wall and spread insulation all over the room like a firehose on the loose - no resistance. What a mess! Then I found out that there are reducers for the hose...............

In any case, the added insulation did the trick on this room, much warmer afterwards. SAAB content: the machine fit into the hatch of my C900.
