I am over 6 foot, exercise and able to fit in a C Class just fine. I would take the cheapest Benz any day over any Hyundai. I would also like to address the 100k issue. My client's car was just over 100k (beyond warranty), therefore it never reached close to 200k. So, I guess a new engine is considered maintenance on a Hyundai. My first car was a hand me down Mercedes. People who have never owned a Mercedes assume they are substantially more expensive to maintain. Admittedly, some Mercedes owners are taken by dealers or Indy shops like owners of all brands.
My dad has in his fleet has an E Class it is quite a car. It has just over 100k and has required the usual stuff brakes, fluids, gas and an O2 sensor. An oil change at the dealer is over $100 dollars for full synthetic. I think even Wal-Mart is around $60 for Synthetic. My next car will be a BMW, or a Benz. I was a BMW owner that grew to love SAAB after the BMW Store in Cincinnati began selling SAABs. I would never ever consider a Hyundai, Kia or GM product.
The posters here with their alleged recent car purchases may be started by car salesmen hoping entice SAAB owners to jump to inferior brands. It is the end of the month. We all know the pressure is on to sell at the end of the month. I must have missed the posts here by new owners of BMW, Volvo, JAG, or Mercedes. Could be owners of those established brands all have great product forums like SAAB.net and are bragging on their respective forums rather than feel the need to post here. Please "Sell crazy someplace else!"
