what was the rule in driver's ed? 2 seconds to get out of a blind spot... It drives me crazy to see 2 cars driving side by side on 2 lanes of otherwise empty highway... dangerous + inconsiderate... yet it happens all the time here! tailgating on otherwise empty highway is another dumb one I see a lot...

I have heard the driver licensing in Germany is more rigorous than here. That would be a good thing imho!
