When they say OEM in the description it only means that the part is coming from the OEM supplier, not that it is the actual OEM part. Sometimes there is a big difference - e.g. genuine Saab brake pads (made by Akebono) are much better quality than the aftermarket Akebono pads.

To get a true OEM part look for "Genuine Saab" as the supplier.
