Don't know if they're overloaded due to the press conference announcement or had some type of hardware or network failure.

Sounds like the politicians probably got their way. We'll have to see what the business plan actually is - like many others I'm very skeptical of NEVS and their electric/hybrid plans but we'll have to wait and see.
