I can no longer find it either on my home network or online in those internets, sorry.
As I recall, it was a TV recording off the air, made somewhere in the late '70s. It was either in Swedish or (well, we all started from zero) poor English. Probably, 15-30 minutes long. Some dude was interviewing another dude (both were around the middle age, the interviewer was younger then his vis-a-vis) and the latter was describing how turbocharging works and how hard it had been to run a turbo-car until they had came with the waste-gate.

I don't remember that guy talking about pressurizing the waste-gate from the exhaust or intake sides, may be he didn't talk on that.

Try googling it this way and another, you may be more lucky then me.
