The simple solution to that problem is DIY and use a torque wrench. For whatever reason, my otherwise excellent indy tends to send the car back sometimes with overtorqued bolts... so I'm in the habit now of getting out my big honkin' 3/4" drive 4' long 1" thick breaker bar, cracking each bolt, and retorquing with my torque wrench. When I've torqued them, I've never had a problem... other times... well even the guy from CAA (AAA) who does this day in and day out for a living could not budge it... with a pipe over the 2' long tire iron... (I bent a couple tire irons into horseshoes that way)... that's why I bought the big honkin' breaker bar... worth every penny!
