I have a saying that goes like this ..."Never buy a used Audi " Although Saab still runs in my blood , I am in the same situation , looking forward to my next vehicle .
Trying to give your Saab hospice is not a good choice , especially if you don't do your own wrenching .
Move on , emotional attachment to a machine will carry over to whatever newer vehicle you get . You will love your next car , whatever brand .
If you are thinking of a new or newer Audi , go for it .My negative bias against used Audis isn't a rule , just my advice on the models before 2006 or so . Before buying a used Audi , be sure there is a competent Audi/VW shop nearby . Just like Saabs , German cars need tinkering from time to time . They are some amazing cars . Saab has been dead for years , and it is gone .
Good Luck !
There are no easy answers , get what you like !
