FedEx has lost my package from Google.
Posted by TG (more from TG) on Sat, 1 Dec 2018 05:53:07
I ordered a phone on a Black Friday deal (November 22) from the Google store. It was supposed to be delivered here in Northern Ohio on November 26.
All FedEx tracking ceases on Saturday, November 24 at 5:43 am, with a scan at the Richfield Ohio distribution center. After that nothing.
I have personally been to the Richfield location, and met with a manager. He admits that FedEx lost find my phone.
I do have a case # from FedEx.
I've contacted Google with an email. and supplied the FedEx case # to them, and received a Google case number.... beyond that, additional contact with Google is futile.... it's like they (Google Store) have gone "dark"
Why is it so difficult to ship a replacement order? Anybody have ideas as to how to proceed further?
I really want the phone, so I do not want to cancel the order.
Thanks in advance.
