Right on track with you there friend....try dropping by Ramsey Saab in Jersey...real attitude there. Me , (business casual) and my 91 Turbo..(very nice condition if I do say so myself)..wanted to have a look at a Viggen. Well ,.let me tell you, I could have been invisible to these people. Stood around peering at window stickers for a while..actually had to ask for some help as I didnt see a Viggen on the front lot. I made a gesture towards my 9000 to clue them in that I was a "Saab person" ( like that mattered a bit) and they asked if I would be trading it in on a new Viggen..I said I was still undecided. From that point it was like I had a drill seargant grilling me...LICENSE , REGISTRATION , KEYS,...WAIT HERE...DONT MOVE ...HOW DARE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT DRIVING ONE OF OUR CARS ..MUCH LESS A "Viggen". Excuse me..but I came here to drive one of your cars..not for you to drive MINE. Not a bit of conversation ..why were they so anxious to take my 10 yr old car for a joyride? Shouldnt they meet my expectations first? I quickly became disgusted at their smug, cold demeanor. Grabbed back my keys and left, NEVER to return..even if they were giving new Saabs away. BEWARE.
