I have been battling an overboost/fuel cut-off issue for years with my 1994 Saab 9000 Aero 5spd.
I replace the DI cassette.
I installed new correct NGK perfectly gapped plugs.
I replaced the BPC with a new one for Eeuroparts and it buzzes.
I checked the based boost to be perfectly in the middle of yellow (5-6 psi)
I removed the actuator and verified free movement.
I have now backed the actuator out so far that it feels like it will fall off
and it still hits fuel cut-off.
Fuel pump is new.
Fuel filter is new.
I run 93 Octane fuel.
Car runs fine in normal driving.
I ran adaption runs after every actuator adjustment.
I disconnected the battery for every adaption run.
HELP!
