Thats OK we order direct from ARP.
If you run larger ID washers you would need nuts with a larger washer head otherwise you would end up with not enough bearing area under the head of the nut to the washer. On the modern Saabs you could not go much larger on the OD either since the spotface on the manifold is not much larger than the washer. The bolts break from bending fatigue as a result of the thermal expansion / contraction so the ultimate strength is not such an issue since the head is weaker even with 2 diameters of engagement.
