I sold a turbo to a guy T25/28 for a 9000
a year before I had done an ECU & exhaust & he ended up leaving with a bad BPC which I told him needed to be changed
before he even got the BPC in he was talking about demanding his money back & was pretty much a PIA ......
a year later about 3 months ago he called me asking about a turbo & said the ECU was working great & things were tight here$$$ so against my better judgment & sold him a turbo which was drop shipped to him from my builder....
his tech installed it with a forge actuator which was an inch too long & shipped it with the WG open supposedly condemning the turbo the tech later told me he said no such thing....
so the guy gets with his CC co & starts the process of taking the money back & after telling me he thought I was trying to rip him off makes arrangements to bring the car here to figure it out......
I shortened the WG & it boosted off the end of the red I returned the car back to him (he wouldent even come here to face me.... dropped it off in the middle of the night & had AAA pick it up) he lives 2 hours away....
2 weeks later the money comes off of my card aparently we missed something which was mailed to us to respond to the transaction from the CC co
by the time I got in touch with the CC co there was nothing I could do because we hadent responded in time
the guy said his car wasent rite sinse he got it back & aparently had to tighten the DP flange which his tech had put on
he said after he got a 3rd & 4th opinion in the matter that if he deemed I deserved compensation that I could be sure Id get what I deserved friggin D*&^
the guy was totally sleazy & calculating he also did something else verry unethical which Ill leave out of this post.... nasty man for sure ....
I told him just before I fixed the car that I dident want to deal with him any more so IM thinking he dident mind torchinng an allready burned bridge
I was so mad that my productivity was cut in 1/2 while dealing with this BS so it cost me more then just the $830
some locals here who love me wanted me to drop off his adress with them :-)& look the other way...... but ofcourse Im not Ok with that sort of thing so he will get away with only his bad carma..... friggin stealing from a working class family..... IM still pissed about that one because it was personal unlike the viggen which was just situational
