Viggen v. TT for Torque Steer

From what I understand, the Audi TT uses a "Haldex" type of four-wheel drive system. This system waits untils there's a certain amount of slip, then tranmits some power to the rear wheels. Basically, a TT is front-wheel drive with an option to divert power to the rear wheels.
If this is true, then why don't they have torque steer (or camber steer or whatever it's called)? The wheels aren't slipping (generally) in my Viggen, they're just all over the place. In other words, why does the Viggen have torque steer when the TT does not, and when they have similar power?
(In a torsen type 4wd system, there's an automatic split of power to the rear wheels. For this system, I can see why there's no torque steer because there's automatically a 50% reduction -- or thereabouts -- in power to the front wheels.)
