As a new owner of a Sonett III, I am trying to ramp up quickly on my knowledge of all things Sonett.
Since this will not be a daily driver but used occasionally for weekend drives in nice weather, that got me wondering about general care of the battery.
Is there any draw on the battery in a Sonett when it is parked in the garage? I know more modern cars have various systems that pull small amounts of current, but I am not sure about the Sonett. If it sits for 2-3 weeks between uses, can I run into a dead battery situation? Is it best to disconnect the cables while it sits, and if so, will it still get enough of a charge then when it is taken out again for drive?
