Coggs,
A few suggestions, not knowing your mechanical/auto service experience;
1) remove and clean each of the bleeder orifices and compare the ease of fluid flow during each step (internal partial and/or total collapse of the Sonett/95/96 flexable brake lines has been reported by many owners)
2) attempt to rebleed the entire system starting from the passenger rear (farthest/longest line) using a closed system bleeder like the one-man type bleeder
3) the brakes are diagonally opposed (SAAB's inovation) bleed the driver's rear then passenger's front and finally the driver's front
4) I have heard of using heavy gauge plastic weed-wacker line to unclog fuel lines and this might help if the blockage is indeed in the metal brake line (also check for mechanical damage such as a pinched line)
FYI: All brake fluids are not compatable so check that you have not mixed synthetic with DOT 3 or 4 as this can plug/swell the seals
Good Luck!
