I have just completed sealing my tank out the 72 Sonett.
( I was having fuel starving problems.. the car would start and drive a bit , then die ) Car has sat for 15 years
My tank was not too gummy, but had bits and pieces of rust and junk floating about. I bought a Por 15 , tank kit and it's worked great.
My line had junk in it too.
I'm not sure about your 69 V-4 but the Sonett III tank can be reached by pulling the right seat out, and lifting the cover off the swiss cheese panel behind the seats and in front of the hatch area.
Fuel line is the same, under the carpet / floor panels . Inside the cabin.
I soaked mine with alcohol and acetone ( after disconecting it at the pump end ) and blowing it out with compressed air.
Then I fished a wire through as far as possible from both ends. I have a crimp in my line under the tranny ( I probably put it there wrestling with the engine ....)
But I can get a small gauge welding wire through. I then fished a nylon line trimmer sting through ( about ).060" ) It will not pass the crimp.
But the line flows and does not leak. So I'll address it the next time I pull the engine.
As others here have said, one can buy pre-flared brake lines of any length and replace the originals. If it's too blocked to clean.

I can highly recomend the Por kit. Others here have hooked my up with it. Por15.com
