The only one I'd avoid is Woodworth. I don't consider them a Saab dealer anyway, more of a Chevy/Buick/Caddy dealer that happens to keep a few Saabs just in case.
My parents bought a Saab from 128 years ago, and dealings were pleasant. I know some people who bought from Gary Blake and SNN and were pleased. Charles River Saab will treat you well and their service department is awesome, and I'd assume Saab City in Framingham would be good too (same ownership group). Don't know anything about Central Saab in Norwood, but they seem to have a nice selection when I drive by.
