What should I do??

Hello everyone. I previously had two Saabs (a 98 9-3 conv and 01 Viggen conv), but I currently have an Audi conv. As I plan a move to Spain in Sept for almost a year, the European delivery program certainly got my attention. Instead of paying $2400 to ship and then eventually ship my audi back to the states, I could pick up my saab in sweden in then Saab ships it back to the USA for free. Additionally, they give me $2,000 spending cash (no string attached, according to Saab USA), AND, the Euro delivery price is about 8% less than sticker. On top of that, my Audi is almost out of warranty, so I don't want an out of warranty car (especially an audi) in Spain, and the GM 100K warranty is great. Also, I would have to put all season tires on my Audi, another $800 expense while the 9-3 comes with all season tires. So, my question to you is:
1) Should I go with the euro price, or should I negotiate locally at the dealer, as this may give me an even better price (saab has $3k cash back, plus any negotiating with the dealer for sticker discount we all know saabs don't sell for sticker).
2) I am looking at the 9-3 Aero. How does it compare to the Viggen performance wise? I know its much stronger, stiffer, better chassis etc etc, but how's it compare 0-60 and, more importantly, 30-70 and third gear acceleration? Is it "Viggen-esque"?
I appreciate your feedback, especially pricing info Mr. Lynch! :)
