Ok, I see and I stand corrected.
I have always looked at all bulletins as being under an umbrella name, TSB, but with different sub names, meanings and priority's using the color scheme.

Yeah I know that many quick things never makes it to WIS but is more a memo sent out over the Iris system.

It is probably a bunch of good Saab dealers out there but unfortunately in big city's like LA it seems to be a harder climate and a lot of things never gets checked up and customers leave unhappy.
