Personally, I wouldn't waste any more time trying to get this approved. Spring replacement in the low 120K mile are "might" receive some consideration, but your replacement was performed 39% beyond that point.
Hard to convincingly argue that the springs actually broke before 120K miles, and it took you another ~50K miles to realize there was a problem and schedule a service appointment.
