I remove the bumper first, three screws on each inner fender, and three scews on the bottom air shield and the 6 plastic push rivats across the top(takes about 5 minutes). If you have headlamp washers, you can just pull the bumper out a few inches and let it rest on the ground so you don't have to disconnect the washer lines. The third bolt for the headlamp is located on the outer bottom of the headlamp assembly.
