I have seen the 'ECU Not Programmed' on one of our shop cars that has a nearly dead battery.
Roll the windows down (so you don't lock yourself out), and make sure the battery is charged, disconnect it, hook the ends to each other and let it sit a few minutes.
When you plug it back in plug the key into the ignition cylinder, but don't turn it, pull it back out and plug it in 2 or 3 times, then start the car, see if the message goes away.
It may also go away on it's own after a few days of not letting it sit for so long.
Pulling the battery is the easiest way to re-set the window anti-pinch too if it's acting up and the window won't close all the way (other than John Meyer's awesome trick to disable anti-pinch by holding the rear window lockout button while rolling the window up - I showed that to two customers yesterday).
Best,
Drew
