That question cannot easily be answered. We don't know know the EXACT break down time of a part in miles and years.
The point is to replace things before they break down or cause harm to the car.
In my eyes, your car is already behind in transmission oil change, coolant and brake fluid flushes with 7-8 years of use and 54K miles.
Also if you live in very dusty areas it is not enough with one air filter change in 7-8 years.
The serpentine belt could be old and dry by now as well.
So my suggestion is to start going as soon as possible with one service item here and one service item there as much your money allows to.
Or just drive the car until things break down and replace them at that point one item at the time.
This is of course that you can do the services yourself. If you plan on having a shop do it piece meal, it will probably cost you more in the long run since it takes longer to service a car that way than to take it in ones and get it all done in one swoop.
