Suspension bushings, Have 2006 and 2007 9-3 sportcombi Aero. Have no suspension noise but bushings esp. lower arm 9and esp. rear on 9-5) can come away from the metal center tube. The suspension must be compressed when securing the nut/bolt so the bushing is not twisted at normal ride height. Most suspension creaking esp. over speed bumps at low speed is from the sway bar bushings on all Saabs. The correct fix is to lower the subframe to access the hold down, then slide the bushing out and cost the center and the sway bar with anti-seize (Permatex silver from any parts store).
