The CANdi not connected cannot be fixed since it is just an internal glitch in either the Tech 2 or CANdi box.
It happens to mine sometimes too and can be frustrating. Sometimes I swap between the two cards (136.000 and 148.000 version) I have and get it going again.

If the dealer Added a module back to car for some reasons and forgot to tell that module it has power seats on both sides, that might be the reason.

What Tech 2 job EXACTLY did they do?
You would have to get security access from Tis2web to be able to fix that yourself.
