As far as the light for the prndl I have never changed a bulb there. And I can't remember if that was a sign that the shifter lever module need added with the scan tool (Tech 2) or not.
For the seat I could make sure you can't move the release a little more to make it move. I remember we used to change a lot of those cables at the dealership but mostly on early cars.
The WIS is the shop manual if you manuals up above on the list it will take you to a link to the online version or you can download a free copy to your computer as well as the parts catalog. Good Luck, Bernie
