Thank you for the suggestion. I disconnected both battery cables, hooked a wire between them, waited 30 min. Then reconnected. No change. Checked fuse 1 and 2 which are column and ism related and both are good. I think the last thing I can try is the ism rebuild kit. After that I believe it is tech 2 time which means I will have to get it out of its current location. Any info appreciated.
