Based on my experience when self-installing the ECU Heat Sink and Vibration Dampers. And your comment regarding the car working properly for 15 minutes before problems occur.
Check the ECU Ground Cable connectors at both ends to ensure they are tight.
Maybe they are not fully tight and loosen with thermal expansion. I know I had trouble getting my ground connectors to remain tight when installing the kit. I think I added a lock-washer of some configuration to prevent loosening of the connector end.
