My 2008 9-3 2.0T has the P0300 and P0171 codes currently.

Just had a new ECU installed with the space kit, and while it is around 166k miles, the previous owner did replace the valves with the Cobalt SS Valves. I do have a do88 intake kit, but it has maybe 8-10k miles on it and it is currently securely attached.

The spark plugs and coils are the correct ones, and were put in last summer. A recent smoke test shows no leaks, and some hoses were pre-emptively replaced with silicone hoses for longevity. The sensor in the intake was replaced when the intake was installed and then replaced again. The O2 sensors have been replaced within the last two years, and there does not appear to be any major oil weeping issues as the valve cover gasket was done in 2021. What would the next culprit to look at be? Fuel system? Is it possible that the Cobalt SS valves wore out due to the ECU issues?
