All fuses look to be good, although I didn't do a conductivity test on them. Per my WIS, both the driver's and passenger seat receive their 12v power from the same fuses.
BUT! Their negative connections are different. Each connects to the car body at the closest door pillar. So.....is it a failed negative connection?
Tough to diagnose when the seat is immovable.
