I put a Valeo in my 2005 a few years ago. Was a real pain getting all the screws in. Shopping around on Amazon and Harbor Freight for innovative tools and extensions helps.

The outside air vent actuator is even worse!

One thing I did not know when I changed it was they they often fail due to water getting in through the outside air filter mount. The sealing tape/adhesive fails and water gets right into the motor. I am hoping that I caught this in time so I do not have to do he job again.

I also installed the guard plate that is used on the 2006 on to keep water out. PN 12765989, about $25.
