I had the same issue this month with my 2007 9-3 Convertible. Engine was hard to start when warm, had to rev the engine to prevent it from stalling out. Eventually it got worse and just stopped starting when warm so I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool down before it would start normally. The car then started to stall out while driving.

Mechanic diagnosed it as CrankShaft Position Sensor. $86 dollars for the part, $300 for diagnosis & labor.
