I have a 1999 Saab 9-5, 130,000 miles. the car boils over when i climb the mountains in northern california. the outside temperature is not even hot. But what is confusing is the temperature gauge does not go anywhere near the red. it is mid range. i had the thermostat changed, and the same problem persists. Last time i needed to climb a mountain, i put on the heater which prevented the boiling over, but then the add coolant light went on at about 5000 feet altitude. The coolant was at the proper level. there is also a slight oil leak which may or may not be relevant. i checked the oil for any coolant corruption, but the oil has the proper appearance and isnt milky at all. any thoughts.
