I just bought my 2002 9-5 Linear Wagon w/ premium sound, memory seat off lease - residual was $16884. Neither dealer nor Saab financial seemed willing to negotiate. I had 13000 miles over the 36000 mile limit, so I was confronted with a big payment to walk away. I checked out the CPO option but dealer pushed extended warranty instead - $1900 through 100,000 miles or 4 years. For CPO, dealer said $1800, but I would probably have had to buy new tires right away. So I went with the warranty being a risk averter. Had thecar detailed, got the XM radio installed, and I'm a happy camper. The new Linear wagon is way decontented - you almost have to go with the Arc to get the stuff I have on my Linear. Now, I should be set for the next four years. Donn
