My recommendation is to do nothing. But if it makes you feel better, go ahead and replace the head-bolts, and install the first PCV system recommendation - the third PCV recommendation from Saab was to not perform the second PCV recommendation!
I performed the second PCV recommendation, experienced excessive oil loss, un-did the changes I could, and oil loss stopped.
I installed new head-bolts and did the re-torque proceedure although I never had symptoms of loose bolts. I did it just to feel better and to head off any potential problems. I discovered my head-bolts were all sufficiently tight, apparently why I never had any of the symptoms, and my engine to be extremely clean in the cam galleries.
The old adage of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" may apply here. Since you have had no problems in many miles of ownership, you must received an engine with properly torqued bolts.
But if it makes you feel better, see the link for instructions on how to perform the fixes you mentioned. New PCV hoses would be a big benefit since they tend to rot with age.
Glad to hear there are a number of people with more miles on their 9-5's than me.
